DVR Xbox Services is a third-party support and service facilitation company. We provide residential and business customers across the United States with assistance in obtaining and managing internet, cable, and phone services.

We are not the original providers of these services. Instead, we work with your actual service providers (such as DIRECTV, Spectrum Cable, and others) to help customers access, manage, and benefit from their accounts.

2. Our Role as a Third-Party Company

DVR Xbox Services acts as a support and liaison between customers and their actual providers.
We assist with service selection, account management, technical support inquiries, and ensuring customers receive available benefits and promotions.
We do not own, operate, or guarantee the performance of the services offered by the actual providers.

3. Business Hours

Our standard customer support and service hours are:
📞 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time), Monday through Friday
We are closed on weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

4. Account Holder Authorization

We require full account holder authorization before processing any order, request, or account-related change.
Without account holder consent, no orders will be placed on behalf of the customer.

5. Service Availability

Our support services are available to all 50 states within the United States, subject to the availability and policies of the actual service providers (e.g., DIRECTV, Spectrum).

6. Refunds & Payments

Customers may request a refund within 40 days of service initiation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days and issued by check only.
We do not accept credit card payments at this time.
All services remain subject to the billing and refund policies of the actual provider.

7. Customer Responsibility

Providing accurate account information to enable DVR Xbox Services to assist with their provider accounts.
Ensuring that they are the authorized account holder before requesting any service.

8. Limitation of Liability

DVR Xbox Services provides facilitation and support only.
We are not liable for service interruptions, failures, or disputes arising from your actual service provider.
Any issues regarding network performance, outages, or billing disputes remain the responsibility of the original provider.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the state in which DVR Xbox Services is registered.
