Refund Policy

With proof of purchase,You can return or exchange any item with the original purchase receipt. The item must be in original condition and packaging, unopened, uninstalled, and include all original materials. Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be denied. Warranty-based returns may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Customers may request a refund within 40 days of receiving the service. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of the request. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments, and all refunds will be issued via check only.
